Due to the nature of our products and services, all items sold on our website are digital products and in-game services. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been completed.
Refund Eligibility
While all sales are generally final, refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
- ✔ The order could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our side
- ✔ The purchased service could not be completed
- ✔ Duplicate or accidental payments
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

- ❌ Incorrect product selection by the customer
- ❌ Incorrect Monopoly GO invite link, friend code, or game information provided
- ❌ Delays caused by customer unresponsiveness
- ❌ Successfully completed and delivered orders
- ❌ Delays during high-demand Monopoly GO events
Golden Blitz Orders
Gold stickers can only be delivered during official Golden Blitz events.
Orders placed before the event begins will be securely reserved and delivered once the event becomes available.
Delivery Disclaimer
Most orders are processed quickly, but delivery times may vary depending on demand, event traffic, and service availability.
Bella MoGo Stix is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information submitted by customers.
Digital Goods & Services
All products sold on our website are digital products, virtual items, and/or in-game assistance services.
No physical goods will be shipped.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide all relevant proof of delivery, communication records, and order information to the payment provider.
